Herman Koster

Herman Koster has extensive experience in administration and development assistance, primarily within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Administrator in the Media Service department at TWR since May 2021, Herman previously worked with Youth With A Mission from June 2013 to November 2020, focusing on financial administration and providing tutoring in literacy and computer skills. Prior roles include positions at WEC International, EO, and BV Programmabladen AKN, where responsibilities ranged from managing financial records to processing incoming payments and contributing to month-end financial reporting. Additionally, during tenure at NCRV, input was provided for cost management of radio and television programs. Herman has played a key role in software implementation and process improvement project groups, showcasing expertise in various aspects of financial administration.
