Amy Fecunda is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Currently serving as an M&A Underwriter and previously as an M&A Analyst at Transact Risk Partners since September 2022, Amy brings valuable expertise from prior roles at Briddge Legal & Finance as a Junior Associate in Corporate Law and at A2 Legal Interim as a Junior Jurist. Amy holds a Master of Laws in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam and a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Tilburg University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Montpellier.
