Jef Sprengers

Jef Sprengers serves as an M&A Underwriter at Transact Risk Partners in Amsterdam, specializing in the Benelux market since April 2025. Previously, Jef worked as an Associate in Corporate/M&A Law at ALTIUS from April 2022 to March 2025, advising Belgian and international clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Jef's experience also includes roles as a Junior Associate at ESSENZIA ADVOCATEN, focusing on private banking, corporate law, and insolvency proceedings, and a Graduate Consultant at Storo_extraruimte, where Jef completed a Master In-Company Project.
