Michael Medina

DIRECTOR OF F&B TECHNOLOGY SALES, CASINO & RESORTS at TransAct

Michael Medina began their work experience in 2005 as the Director of Beach Club Operations and Beverage General Manager at the Hard Rock Hotel. Michael was responsible for casino beverage, concert, and VIP service operations. In 2008, they joined Station Casinos, LLC as the Beverage Director, where they oversaw operations in fine and casual dining, bar, entertainment, and casino beverage. Michael then worked for Hakkasan Group from 2013 to 2015 as the General Manager Operations, managing PURE Nightclub and Chateau Nightclub. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Nightlife Director at Fine Entertainment Management, overseeing event and nightlife operations. In 2016, they became the General Manager at sbe Group, where they directed all aspects of CREATE Nightclub. In 2017, they joined MGM Resorts International as the Beverage Director, leading beverage growth and operation strategies. Most recently, they worked at ARIA Resort & Casino as the Director of Food and Beverage- Beverage, responsible for developing growth and operation strategies for various concepts. Currently, they are the Director of F&B Technology Sales for Casino & Resorts at TransAct® Technologies.

Michael Medina attended Andrew Hill High School from 1987 to 1990. Michael did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study at this institution. In 2010, Michael obtained a certification for Serve Safe from the Southern Nevada Health District.
