Adam Friedmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product training and instructional design. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Training and Adoption at Transact Campus since November 2020, Adam previously held key roles at Blackboard Transact as Instructional Design Manager and at Blackboard as Project Manager and Client Support Instructor.
