David Shaw

David Shaw currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Transact Campus, a position held since April 2023. In addition, Shaw is the President of D Shaw Consulting and Training, Inc., providing cybersecurity consulting services since January 2019. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at UCLA Information Technology Services from August 2019 to April 2023, Chief Information Security Officer for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, and various CISO roles across prominent universities such as USC and Purdue. Shaw has extensive experience in developing cybersecurity programs, risk management, and security policy implementation, along with a solid educational background including an MBA in Information Systems and graduate coursework in Computer and Information Systems Security.
