Chris Rivera

Chris Rivera serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Transaction Network Services (TNS) since October 2025. Previously, Chris held the position of President & Operating Partner at SCP & CO, where strategic initiatives were implemented across portfolio companies to enhance efficiency and growth. Chris has also held leadership roles at Syniverse, where responsibilities included managing global enterprise messaging services, and at Cisco, where Chris led various teams focused on business transformation and product management. Chris is a founding member of The Carlyle Group CIO Council and possesses extensive experience in cloud computing, telecommunications, and military operations with a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
