Giovanni Mistè

Giovanni Mistè holds extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including electronic payment, real estate, and direct marketing. Since January 2003, Giovanni serves as SVP and Managing Director for Europe at Transaction Network Services, managing the full P&L. As the owner and Managing Director of Ital East Engineering since 1992, Giovanni oversees multiple subsidiaries. Previous board memberships include Unifidi Emilia Romagna Soc.Coop. and Fidindustria, where representation of Confindustria Emilia Romagna was pivotal. Giovanni has also contributed to organizations such as Confindustria and Unindustria Bologna, holding significant positions including President and Vice President of various youth and industrial groups. Giovanni's educational background includes an EMBA from Bologna Business School and a degree in Political Science from the University of Bologna.
