James Bomer has extensive experience in technology and software development, beginning with an engineering role at GEC EASAMS in 1991. Notable positions include Senior Engineer at CSK Software AG, COO at ACTIV Financial Systems from 2011 to 2022, and VP of Technology and Automation at Transaction Network Services since 2025.
