Joe Lueckenhoff

Joe Lueckenhoff is an experienced business consultant and executive leader with a robust background in telecommunications and management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Telecommunication Services Division at Transaction Network Services since February 2015, Joe drives the division's strategic initiatives, including the market transition to 4G LTE and big data monetization. Previously, Joe operated as an Executive Business Consultant, providing strategic insights to CEOs and COOs from January 2014 to January 2015, contributed to product management as Senior Vice President at AT&T from June 2009 to December 2013, and held the position of Vice President at Cingular from June 2003 to June 2009. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Celox Ab from March 2001 to March 2003. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rice University.
