Prior to this role, Sharda held the position of Associate Vice President at Copal Amba from January 2015 to January 2016, and progressed through various roles at Copal Partners between November 2007 and December 2014, including Sr. Associate, Deputy Senior Associate, Associate, and Sr. Analyst. Earlier in 2007, Sharda gained experience as a Claims Analyst at HP. Sharda holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Amity University.
