Pranav Shukla

Pranav Shukla has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Business Development Executive at Mask Advertising until 2005. Following that, they served as a Sales Executive at Roche Diagnostics for a year. In 2006, they joined ICICI Bank as a Customer Service Officer, handling various projects and managing back and front office operations. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager, overseeing general banking operations and team management. In 2010, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Team Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Senior Manager at In-Solutions Global Ltd, managing customer accounts and generating revenue. Pranav then moved to Mphasis as a Senior Manager, where they had similar responsibilities. In 2016, they joined Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for client relations and project management. Pranav continued working at the company, taking on the role of Associate VP in 2023. In addition, Pranav has also had extensive experience at HP, where they held various roles including Country Manager for Customer Service, Project & Operations, and Country Manager for Service Delivery & Customer Success. Pranav was responsible for managing vendor partners, driving projects and compliance programs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pranav Shukla completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Business Management at Utkal University from 2000 to 2003. Pranav further pursued a PGDBM/PGPMS degree in Business Management at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2008 to 2010. Pranav also obtained various certifications such as (ISC)² Candidate, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, they acquired certifications in project management, total quality management, Kanban, Scrum, program management, and agile leadership.
