Candace MacGibbon

Candace MacGibbon, CPA, CA, ICD.D, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at TransAlta and Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd, and holds the position of Incoming President Elect for the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum for the term 2025-2026. MacGibbon is also a member of the Board of Directors at Carbon Streaming Corporation and President of CMac Enterprises Inc. With extensive prior experience, MacGibbon was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and CFO of INV Metals Inc. from January 2008 to July 2021, and has worked in institutional equity sales and equity research at RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, respectively. Early career tenure includes managerial roles at Deloitte and a cost analyst position at Inco Limited. MacGibbon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University and a Diploma of Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
