Joseph van Ellenberg

Joseph van Ellenberg has accumulated extensive experience in finance and optimization since joining TransAlta in September 2012 as a New Grad Analyst, progressing to roles such as Portfolio Specialist and currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Small Business Advisor at TD from November 2011 to August 2012, and as a Sales Representative at Diamed Lab Supplies Inc from May 2007 to September 2008. Joseph also has a background in research, having worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary from 2004 to 2007. Academically, Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology, both degrees earned at the University of Calgary.
