The Human Resources team at Transamerica Life Bermuda is responsible for managing and optimising the company's talent pool to support its mission of providing life protection to High Net Worth individuals and businesses. This includes recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement and development. The team also oversees HR information systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and streamline HR processes.
