Darrel Adams

Darrel Adams is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in managing technology services and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Technology Business Services at Transamerica since November 2021, Darrel focuses on Individual Solutions such as World Financial Group and Annuities. Prior roles include Head of Servicing Technology at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., and significant positions at American AgCredit, where responsibilities included directing product management and developing IT solutions. Between 2002 and 2019, Darrel held multiple senior roles at Fidelity Investments, including IT Director, where leadership in digitization initiatives improved client experiences, and Director of Architecture, overseeing technology architecture. Darrel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
