Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in corporate secretarial and governance roles. Currently serving as Assistant Corporate Secretary, Manager, and Lead Paralegal at Transamerica since August 2019, Elizabeth has also held multiple paralegal positions at the same company from 2014 to 2019. Prior to Transamerica, Elizabeth gained valuable experience as a paralegal at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC from 2000 to 2014. Elizabeth's educational foundation in Paralegal Studies was obtained from Kirkwood Community College.
