Holly Waters

Holly rejoined Transamerica as Chief People, Places & Brand Officer in 2020 after having previously worked for the company for more than 20 years. She leads Human Resources, which includes talent management, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and the HR business partner teams.

She has a bachelor’s degree from Spalding University, a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation through Wharton Executive Education, and an advanced certification through the Society of Human Resources Management.
