Claudia da Silva

Claudia Da Silva has been serving as a Senior Group Sales Representative at Transat Tours Canada since April 2001, where responsibilities include soliciting travel agents, developing tailored proposals for group travel, managing essential clerical functions related to group bookings, and negotiating with suppliers for pricing and availability. Prior to this role, Claudia worked as a Seat Selection Agent at SkyService Airline for a brief period, providing assistance to passengers and travel agents regarding seat selection and general inquiries. Educational qualifications include training from the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada in 2011, the Travel Industry Council of Ontario in 2009, as well as studies at Richmond School of Commerce and Toronto School of Business, both completed in 2000.
