Xavier Szwengler's work experience includes various roles with different companies. Xavier started in 2004 at Altran as a PMO / eBusiness consultant, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as an eBusiness Senior Consultant at VIATYS Conseil. In 2008, they joined Nouvelles Frontieres as a Manager of digital innovation and later became the Director of eCommerce. Xavier held the position of Director eCommerce & Callcenters from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Ubisoft as the Managing Director of Ubi Workshop, focusing on transmedia and merchandising business development. Xavier then became the Director of Business Development - Fun House, responsible for exploring innovative concepts and shaping future products. Currently, Xavier Szwengler is at Transat, where they have held positions including Vice President of Marketing, Senior Director of Performance Marketing, and Vice President of Marketing & International Sales.

Xavier Szwengler attended Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science.
