Christian Wyss

Christian acts for a broad range of international clients on M&A transactions, collaborations, and joint ventures, with a particular focus on global industry sectors, including life sciences and technology. Christian has extensive experience in conducting and coordinating complex cross-border transactions, including co-ordination of multi-jurisdictional due diligence.

Christian has in-depth knowledge and long-standing experience with complex commercial transactions, licensing deals, research collaborations, and manufacturing, supply and distributions relationships. In addition, Christian also has expertise in corporate and commercial matters, restructuring and insolvency, and data protection.

Christian received his law degree from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and his LL.M. from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2002.
