Giovanni Agrippino

Giovanni Agrippino has extensive experience in training and facilitation within the aviation and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Trainer and Trust Person at ROC van Amsterdam since August 2005, Giovanni also facilitates company-wide safety training programs at Transavia, where roles have included Purser for Boeing 737 and Operational Control Planner Crew. Giovanni's background includes significant experience as a Work Field Representative for the Hotel Management School in Leeuwarden, as well as being a Mystery Guest from March 2000 onward. Previous positions include Service Agent at ABN AMRO Bank and various roles at Golden Tulip and Hilton Hotels. Giovanni holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Human Factors in Aviation from Coventry University and a Master's in Business Sciences from Radboud University. Additional qualifications include advanced training in NLP and professional teaching certifications.
