Kristina Palovicova is an Innovation Expert focused on Sustainability and Innovation at Transavia, working towards making aviation sustainable by 2050. With a diverse background, Kristina has mentored young female entrepreneurs at Female Founders, directed programs at Travel Impact Lab to accelerate startups, and served as a strategist for SMEs at NextGenners. Prior experience includes a board member role at the Slovak Embassy in Lisbon to promote Slovakia as a travel destination, co-founding and leading Secret City Trails, and holding positions in innovation teams at ING and ABN AMRO Bank. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
