Marion Brown

Marion Brown has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Manager Organization Development & HR Specialist and Head of Human Resources at Transavia since August 2008. Prior to this role, Marion was HR Manager at Transavia from 2001 to 2007 and held various positions at IKEA from 1995 to 2001, including Assistant HR Manager and Manager Customer Service. Marion's education includes certifications from the House of Deep Democracy and Barrett Values Centre, as well as a degree in Human Capital Management from De Baak and a degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Hotelschool The Hague. Marion is also a certified trainer.
