Marloes van Laake

Marloes van Laake currently serves as the COO at Transavia, overseeing operational activities such as safety, customer services, scheduling, and engineering & maintenance since September 2022. Prior to this role, Marloes held the position of VP Europe at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo from February 2021 to September 2022, and served as the VP Passenger Services at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from September 2015 to February 2021, focusing on passenger services at Schiphol Airport. Earlier experience includes roles as Director Marketing for KLM the Netherlands, Director Cargo Southern Africa managing operations in the region, and Executive Assistant to the EVP Cargo at Air France - KLM Cargo. Marloes began a career at KLM as a Corporate Management Trainee, completing various projects across different functions. Marloes holds a Master of Science in International Business Administration from Maastricht University and a Master of Arts in European Public Policy from London South Bank University.
