Merel Labadie-Koning

Merel Labadie-Koning currently serves as Team Lead Support and Processes and Trainer at the Learning Hub for Transavia since February 2022, and has taken on the role of Trainer at the Learning Hub in September 2023. Merel also holds the position of IT Area Lead, responsible for People and Culture within the commercial IT domain. Prior experience includes roles at BrightStone Group as Human Capital Developer and HR Field Manager, and Oliver James Associates as Performance Manager. Merel has also worked as Field Manager at Centric Netherlands B.V. and PEAK-IT, and was the Operations Director and Founder of Feesttantes. Additional positions include Senior Consultant & Assistant Branch Manager at Asa Student Campus and earlier roles in consulting and research. Merel holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural and Social Education from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
