Eldhose Kilithattil

Eldhose Kilithattil has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eldhose currently works as a Lead Salesforce Developer at Transcarent since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at MetLife from September 2014 to October 2021. In this role, they led application software development, initiated performance and process improvement activities, and implemented a new case management workflow system. Before that, they worked as a Senior Application Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from February 2012 to September 2014, where they led the development of a key module in the HP Propel software product and served as a mentor to junior team members. Eldhose also worked as a Senior Dotnet Developer at NOV from March 2010 to January 2012, and as a .Net Consultant at Corpus Christi Independent School District from March 2009 to March 2010, where they supported the development of various applications and gathered business requirements. Additionally, they served as a Project Lead and Technical Architect at ASSYST from November 2006 to December 2009, where they led the development of a new ERP solution. Eldhose started their career as a Senior Project Lead / Application Developer at Geojit Technologies from September 2003 to November 2006, where they were involved in the development and support of multiple applications.

Eldhose Kilithattil obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a specialization in Computer Programming and Applications Development from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. This was completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, Eldhose completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 2000 to 2003. Additionally, Eldhose has obtained certifications in Salesforce as a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in the years 2022 and 2021 respectively.
