Heather Heale

Heather Heale is a seasoned professional in finance and compliance with over 16 years of experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions and IT Compliance at Transcat since March 2020, Heather previously held multiple positions at the same company, including Director of Data, Compliance, and Process, as well as Manager of Operational Excellence. Additional experience includes serving as Controller at ALOI Materials Handling & Automation and as an Adjunct Professor at Genesee Community College. Heather began her career at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. Heather holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from SUNY Brockport.
