Ben Kaufman

Ben Kaufman, LMSW, is a Special Projects Director at TransCen, Inc. and the Founder of GroundsWell. With over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit and association work, primarily focused on public health, disability, and education, Ben has honed skills in project ideation, strategic implementation, and community engagement. Previously, they held various roles, including Director of Programs and Community Outreach at the Organization for Autism Research and Associate Director at the Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs. Ben earned an MSW in Management and Community Organizing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a BA with Honors in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
