Miriam Lapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and education, currently serving as Senior Director of Research, Consultations, and Civic Education at Élections Canada since November 2017. Lapp has a strong background in performance measurement and the development of reporting frameworks for public education initiatives. Prior to the current role, Lapp was a Senior Policy Advisor at the Privy Council Office's Democratic Reform Group, where research and analysis supported the group's mandate.
