Neal Montany

Neal Montany is an experienced aerospace professional with a robust background in management and consulting. As an Aerospace Consultant and Advisory Board Member since 2019, Neal also serves as the Executive Vice President of Aircraft Development at Transcend Air Corporation. Prior roles include President of A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer at Perfumania Holdings, Inc., a major fragrance retailer. Neal held significant positions at GKN Aerospace, United Technologies, International Aero Engines (Pratt and Whitney), and Pratt & Whitney, demonstrating expertise in aerospace manufacturing, product development, and operational management.
