Currently serving as Treasurer, Director, and Chairperson of the Finance Committee for Oliver Hazard Perry Rhode Island since January 2019, Richard is committed to providing innovative education-at-sea programs. As Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Transcend Air Corporation since July 2017, Richard contributes to revolutionizing regional business travel. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development/Risk Management at Terrafugia, Inc., and VP & General Manager at Housing Partnership Network. Richard's foundation in the insurance sector was established as President of Newbury Insurance Company, Ltd., and Second Vice President at MetLife.
