Kat Mena is an experienced professional in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Lead for Customer Experience at Transcend since September 2023. Previous roles include Senior Associate and Associate in Customer Strategy & Operations at LogicGate, and various positions at GoHealth, where responsibilities ranged from Sales Strategy to Executive Strategy.
