Aleisha F Nurfirman

Aleisha F Nurfirman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational transformation. As Co-Founder and CEO of Grou since January 2022, Aleisha leads initiatives focused on innovative solutions within the industry. Concurrently, Aleisha serves as a Transcend Fellow at Transcend Network. Previously, Aleisha held various positions at GoTo Group, including Specialist and Senior Analyst in Talent & Leadership Development, where significant contributions were made from July 2018 to December 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Project Specialist at Boston Consulting Group in 2017 and an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives. Aleisha also served as a Teaching Assistant for the Columbia Business School Global Entrepreneurship Program. Aleisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology-Organizational Studies and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
