Mark Rees CQP MCQI MSc

Mark Rees CQP MCQI MSc has a long and varied work experience. Mark began their career in 1997 as Quality & Service Manager at LG Electronics Ltd, where they established a QA Dept. from a greenfield site and created a fully integrated management system. In 2007, they moved to Klöckner Pentaplast as Quality Manager, a role they held until 2010 when they became Engineering Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Quality Compliance & Environmental Manager at Seda UK Ltd, where they overhauled and transformed the management system, improved CAPA control, and introduced system based product specs and a New Product Introduction process. In 2015, they returned to Klöckner Pentaplast as Quality Manager, and in 2017 they moved to Tempo as Product Manager and Renishaw as Component Engineering Supervisor. Currently, they are Director of QA E H&S at Transcend Packaging Ltd.

Mark Rees completed their secondary education at Cymmer Comprehensive School between 1977 and 1982. Mark then went on to attend the University of South Wales, where they earned an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering between 1984 and 1986. Mark returned to the University of South Wales in 2000, completing an MSc in Quality & Environmental Management in 2006.
