Mark Sandler

Mark Sandler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Transcend Search Partners since 2023, Mark previously founded Divvies LLC, a nationwide bakery company specializing in allergy-safe and plant-based products, inspired by personal experiences. Mark held the position of Senior Vice President in the Food & Beverage Practice at Torch Group, Inc. from 2022 to 2023 and was President of Cost Plus Furniture Rentals from 1980 to 2001, where Mark successfully grew the business for Fortune 500 companies from inception to a profitable exit. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
