Ondine Constable

Ondine Constable serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Golden Thread Initiative since October 2019, focusing on philanthropy that enhances divine feminine qualities through self-development programs for women and girls. As a certified teacher of the Transcendental Meditation technique since 2010, following training initiated in 1989, Ondine also co-directs the Boca Raton TM center, promoting wellness through meditation. Additionally, this individual works as a freelance writer, contributing articles on mind/body health, fitness, and meditation to various regional publications, and has crafted radio vignettes celebrating the culture of Western North Carolina. Earlier experience includes roles as a Nia Fitness Instructor, Assistant to the Director of Public Programs at The North Carolina Arboretum, and Public Affairs and Communication Assistant at the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce. Ondine holds a BFA in Art & Graphic Design from Maharishi International University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
