Brendan Fafiani

Brendan Fafiani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Transcendomics since March 2025, Brendan previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Optiscan Imaging Ltd from November 2023 to March 2025 and served as Chief Executive Officer at Wavewise Analytics (formerly Cyban) from January 2020 to November 2023, focusing on the challenges associated with Traumatic Brain Injury. Prior to these roles, Brendan was Vice President of Product and General Manager for Australia at PKG Health, contributing to advancements in digital health technologies for neurologic conditions.
