Rajgopal M

Rajgopal M is the founder of TranscendOrg and a business-focused HR professional with more than 30 years of experience. They served as Chief of Human Resources at CARE Hospitals Group (2007–2017), where they established transactional HR policies, introduced HR technology (payroll, self-service HR, PMS), and built leadership development and talent-management systems, and they served as Group Chief Operating Officer/Business Head at Care Institute of Health Sciences (2018–2019) operationalising four start-ups in medical education and community care. They previously served as a Colonel in the Indian Army (1979–2006) with extensive logistics and instructional responsibilities and was Chief of Training & Quality at CAP Foundation (Sept 2006–June 2007). They earned a PGCHRM from XLRI (2012–2013), completed Executive Coach training at the Neuro Leadership Institute (2017–2018), and is pursuing a Diploma in Senior Defence Management from Devi Ahilya University.
