Courtney Wieters

Courtney Wieters has held various roles in the finance industry since 2016. Courtney began their career as a Trainer and Senior Loan Processor at Genpact in 2016. In 2018, they moved to The Retention Group as a Sr. Processor. In 2020, they joined Network Capital Funding Corporation as a Closing Processor III. Currently, they are a Customer Support Specialist at Transcepta since 2022.

Courtney Wieters obtained a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Colorado State University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Science in Social Psychology from Saddleback College between 2011 and 2013. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Genpact Mortgage Services in April 2018, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Genpact in February 2018. Courtney also obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Colorado in October 2018.
