Wael Tawfiq Yahya

Wael Tawfiq Yahya is an experienced professional in asset information management and geographic information systems (GIS), currently serving as an Asset Information Specialist at TRANSCO since December 2022. Prior to this role, Wael spent nearly two decades at gistec, an ESRI Official Distributor, holding various positions including Enterprise Account Support Manager, Presales Consultant, and GIS Specialist, where responsibilities included customer account management, contract negotiations, technical demonstrations, and GIS project coordination. Wael's earlier career includes roles as a Database Manager at HUMANSOFT Holding and IT Support Specialist at Ajman Free Zone Authority. Wael holds a Master's degree in Informatics from The British University in Dubai and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Ajman University.
