Afsana Jahan

Afsana Jahan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Transcom Electronics Limited since July 2018. Afsana's expertise includes updating organizational structures, conducting job analyses, and overseeing recruitment processes via various channels. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Officer-HRM at Youngone Corporation, where responsibilities involved managing the entire recruitment cycle and assisting with policy implementation. Previously, Afsana held the position of Senior Executive in HR & Admin at Smart Technology(BD) Limited, contributing to the establishment of standard operating procedures and monitoring employee policies.
