Andras Bacsa

Andras Bacsa has a diverse range of work experience spanning several roles and industries. Andras began their career as the IT Development and Operations Leader at John von Neumann Multimedia Center from August 2002 to May 2005. Andras then moved on to Transcom, where they held various positions. From November 2005 to December 2006, they worked as the Corporate IT Campaign Controller. In January 2007, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst and Solution Owner, which they held until December of that year. Starting in January 2008, they served as the IT Solution Delivery Manager until March 2012. From March 2012 to April 2022, Andras worked as the Global IT Director, overseeing Contact Center Applications and building Centres of Excellence. In April 2022, they took on the role of Director of Product Management, Customer Experience (CX) Omnichannel. Currently, Andras is the Product Director for Omnichannel and Conversational AI at Transcom, a position they have held since October 2023.

Andras Bacsa completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology at Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1997 to 2001. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation at thePower. Andras also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google in 2021 and the Netomi Product Master Plus certification from Netomi in 2023.
