Arvind Swami currently serves as a Payroll Manager at Transcom since February 2024 and also holds the position of Manager Payroll at Team Vertex Cosmos Pvt. Ltd. since June 2023. Prior to these roles, Arvind was employed at Girnar Care as Assistant Manager Payroll & Employee Administration from April 2022 to June 2023 and at Teleperformance as Assistant Manager Payroll and Senior Executive Payroll & Employee Administration from December 2011 to April 2022. Arvind began the career as an HR Executive at Shri Krishna Group from August 2009 to December 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from SEC College and an MBA from Rajasthan Technical University, as well as a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Rajasthan. Expertise encompasses payroll management, employee administration, time office operations, legal compliance, and management information system reporting.
