Beverly Mendoza

Beverly Mendoza has extensive experience in operations and training management across various companies. At Sykes from 2006 to 2008, Beverly served as a Training Supervisor/Senior Training Coordinator, overseeing trainers for financial programs and managing training hours. Beverly then moved to NCO Group from 2009 to 2012 as an Operations Manager, focusing on productivity, revenue reporting, and client relations, while also conducting root cause analysis tied to Six Sigma processes. Following that, Beverly held the role of Operations Manager at StarTek from January 2012 to August 2014, and previously worked as a Trainer at Acquire Asia Pacific, where training processes and curriculum were enhanced. Currently, Beverly is an Operations Manager at Transcom, continuing to leverage a strong background in operational excellence and training development.
