Jessica Dungan

Jessica Dungan is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in service improvement and client management within the telecommunications and customer service sectors. Since April 2023, Jessica has served as Head of Operations and Director at Activus Connect, following a long tenure at Transcom that began in March 2009, where roles included IT Service Improvement Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior roles include supervisory positions at Metro News Services and Dish Network, overseeing agent performance and client relations. Jessica holds a BA in Accounting/Business Management from New Mexico State University and has demonstrated a strong track record of driving revenue growth, improving service delivery, and enhancing employee engagement.
