Jonas Berggren is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer EMEA and a member of the Transcom Executive Leadership Team since September 2020, Jonas has held significant roles including Head of Global Accounts EMEA and Head of Business Development for Transcom Northern Europe. Prior to Transcom, Jonas co-founded Feedback Lab By Differ and has held positions such as Head Of Customer Service at Com Hem AB and CEO at Teleperformance Nordic. With a strong background in management and operations, Jonas has also served in leadership roles at notable companies including Telia, TXM Manpower Solutions, INgroup, Convergys, Deutsche Post und DHL, and Freia Marabou Suchard. Jonas holds executive education credentials from the Stockholm School of Economics and a background from Stockholm University.
