Karen Beaman

Karen Beaman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen worked at Transcom as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and later as the Vice President of HR & Talent Acquisition for North America. Karen also worked as an Independent Consultant, where they served as a Consultant. Before that, they were a Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Sutherland. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Agent Acquisition and Onboarding at LiveOps, where they were responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding new agents. Karen also had a previous role at LiveOps as a Senior Manager of Agent Acquisition and Learning. Karen's other positions include being an Instructional Designer at The Beryl Companies, an Instructional Designer/Content Manager/Trainer at TD Ameritrade, and working in Corporate Sales at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Karen Beaman attended The University of Tulsa from 1989 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
