Markus Mauritzon

Markus Mauritzon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Nordics & Baltics at Transcom since June 2022, Markus also holds a position as a Board Member. Prior to Transcom, a decade-long tenure at Teleperformance included roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer and Country Director for Teleperformance Norge AS, where expertise in business-driven HR, leadership, and change management was demonstrated. Markus's earlier career features significant contributions at Tele2, where responsibilities encompassed customer operations, network management, and fault handling across mobile and fixed networks. An Army Captain in the Swedish Armed Forces, Markus trained soldiers for national and international missions, complementing a strong educational background in military leadership and business from institutions such as the Stockholm School of Economics and various military academies.
