Nathalie Wiberg has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Nathalie started their career in 2016 as a Shop Assistant at REMA 1000 i Norge before becoming an Assistant Shop Manager in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Hotel Manager at Hotel Fredrikstad, where they were responsible for managing the team, overseeing renovations, and handling hotel operations. Later in 2019, they joined Logent AS as a Lagermedarbetare. Currently, Nathalie is working at Transcom as a Customer Service Representative and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In their role, they are responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, as well as recruiting for international projects. Nathalie has extensive experience in talent acquisition and has recently been promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Team Lead.

Nathalie Wiberg completed their secondary education at Kungsgårdsgymnasiet from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Gymnasieexamen degree in Samhällskunskap med inriktning ekonomi. In 2021, they also obtained the Cut-e Certified certification from Aon Assessment Sverige after completing the Certification training in Aon's psychometric tests.
